 screaming kids, unless they are your own! After a cool dip in the pool, the front lawn is the perfect place to relax while watching the sunset on the lake and sipping a chilled drink. Ahhhh!

               

                           You can watch the Branson Bell depart from its dock and watch other boats heading out for an evening cruise on the lake.

Music from the stereo plays in the background and your cares melt away.

The biggest decision you will have to make tonight is whether to eat dinner out or stay in and cook in the gourmet kitchen.  

Spend the evening visiting with family and friends then retire to a plush, soft king-sized bed. Next morning after a great night of sleep, awaken to the sound of birds chirping. After a hot cup of coffee you can take a walk around this quiet, established community and notice you are almost completely surrounded by water. You are on a peninsula!

Safety first: pool door locks are located high on the doors and each one is alarmed to keep you aware of the location of children. Also this area is secluded from neighbors with a privacy fence.

Large home: With 4700 square feet and two stories of living space besides the pool room, 5 bedrooms with 5 king sized beds, there is plenty of room to accommodate more than one family. Easily sleeps 10 people in the king sized beds, but also there is room for more on the 2 convertible couches. More beds are available upon request. 3 car garage for your vehicles and boat, with enough parking for 11 other vehicles comfortably in the driveway for larger groups and meetings.

Comfort: Memory foam topped king sized beds in every room (very comfy), TV in every room. Spacious living space on ground level with 2 bedrooms downstairs. Brand new, high capacity washer and dryer. Everything can be clean for your trip back home and you can pack lighter.

Elegance: High, spacious vaulted ceiling, pellet fireplace, a beautiful 2 story stone wall, gourmet kitchen, marble countertops in kitchen and bathrooms.

Location: Your vacation home is on the lake, just a few minutes from the strip, Silver Dollar City, and Celebration City (never have to access the strip to get to either theme park). Easy to get in and out. It is private and tranquil. We provide easy directions to get to many of the area attractions.

For those of you who want to stay connected, use our wireless or wired internet. You can even see the screen on your laptop in the pool room since it is all indoors, enabling you to surf the net while watching the children swim off the last of their energy.

Eliminate the time and hassle of loading everyone up at the same time to go eat at an expensive restaurant. Instead prepare your favorite breakfast every morning in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen, or spend family time around the outdoor grill preparing noon and evening meals together.

You can bring as much or as little excitement to our home as you wish. Is your idea of a good vacation an action-packed sprint, filling your days from beginning to end with activity and fun? Your vacation home is just a short jaunt from the famed 76 HWY "Strip," Silver Dollar City, and is right around the corner from the Branson State Park Marina where you can rent a boat or jet-ski. You can bring your own boat and launch from the FREE ACCESS boat ramp just 1/3 mile away from your vacation home. You could spend the day wearing yourself out hiking, sight seeing, or boating/jet skiing/skiing/swimming in and on the pristine water of Table Rock Lake, then come back to rest for the evening after a soak in the pool. Recharged, you can get back to the serious business of playing hard.

And if your idea of a good vacation is getting a book, sitting on a comfy sofa or by the side of the pool and letting time pass slowly, this luxury lake home is the perfect place to relax in tranquility. Table Rock Lake is a world renowned fishing destination. Branson Creek and Point Royale are picturesque golf courses located just a few minutes away. There are no loud cars, no loud obnoxious next-room-over parties or late night arrivals.

Your lake home is the perfect place for children. It is a safe, secure home in a good neighborhood. The pool is a great feature for children. The pool room is not accessible to children because of high door locks and door alarms on each door. With appropriate supervision children can play for hours and ensure a good night of sleep for all. There is an indoor play area for children off one of the bedrooms and an outdoor swing set. There is a basketball goal in the driveway. The facing street is not often traveled. There is plenty of indoor space for children to play, TV's in each bedroom, the pool room, and in the main living room, each with cable TV. DVD hookup is in the living room. The back porch is entirely secure and private with a high fence.

As an extra measure of special-order luxury, we will take food shopping requests from our week-long guests so you can have your favorite fruit, cereal, or coffee waiting for you upon your arrival if you like. We know the last thing you want to do when you get into town is go food shopping. Take your time, unpack, relax, and explore Branson. You can have your usual oreo's and milk for a bedtime snack and Honey smacks with a banana for breakfast without having to plan the logistics of feeding your family on arrival.

Feel free to bring your boat or waverunners. There is ample parking space and a boat ramp 1/3 mile away with free access to the lake.
